In the “Andrea Doria Holiday Apartments”, just 100 metres from the sea and free sandy beaches of Marina di Ragusa, is the ground floor “Holiday Apartment Ermes”.
 
THE VILLAGE: The “Andrea Doria Holiday Apartments” are composed of two types of apartments: “First-floor with terrace” and “Ground Floor with large terrace and garden”. The First-floor and the ground floor have the same layout and facilities, the only difference being the larger outdoor areas on the ground floor. 
 
DESCRIPTION: “Holiday Home Ermes” is on the ground floor with a large terrace, garden and solarium, masonry barbeque and an outdoor shower (in addition to the internal one in the bathroom).
The holiday apartment has two bedrooms (double and twin), a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen-living area with laundry facilities.
Externally the holiday home has a large terrace covered by a wooden pergola, furnished with a sofa, deck chairs and a table so that you can eat outdoors.
The apartment, like all the other holiday homes of the residence, can accommodate up to six thanks to the comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has a reserved parking space.

LOCATION: The “Andrea Doria Holiday Apartments” have access to the seafront on the "Lungomare Andrea Doria" and the sandy beaches are only 100 metres away.
The Lido closest to the Apartments is the "Lido Baja", just 200 metres distance, for those who choose to rent sun loungers and chairs for a day at the beach. In the area, there are six different restaurants mostly by the sea, ideal for local cuisine and fresh fish.
