THE RESIDENCE: The Andrea Doria Residence is composed of two types of holiday homes: [1] The First Floor with veranda and [2] Ground Floor with large veranda and garden. The first-floor and ground floor apartments all have the same identical composition and interior surface, the difference is only in the larger outdoor area on the ground floor.
All of the apartments on the "First Floor with veranda" have the exact same characteristics as the other apartments on the first floor, which means that at the time of booking it is not possible to choose specifically which apartment, only the type of accommodation you desire - this generally suits all guests perfectly!
HOLIDAY HOME ENVIRONMENTS: The Iris holiday home is a type of "Primo Piano con veranda" vacation home. The Iris apartment, similar to all of our first-floor holiday homes, has been furnished with a veranda and a barbeque, appointed to accommodate delightful outdoor meals and a place of relaxation when the temperature rises. The Iris apartment is ideal for the accommodation of between 2-4 people, within, you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin room. The bathroom comes equipped with a pleasant shower and bidet, whilst the kitchen/living area comes established with a fully-functioning laundry room. The comfortable double sofa-bed provided in the living area gives the possibility to accommodate up to 6 people in total, within this delightful apartment.
SERVICES INCLUDED: The Iris holiday home is equipped with an air conditioning unit in the living area, with both the option for hot and cold air. The kitchen is supplied with everything necessary for food preparation and comes elegantly furnished with modern and tasteful furniture. A separate laundry room is provided with a washing machine, flat-screen TV, free WI-connection, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and vacuum cleaner. Each apartment has a parking space reserved exclusively for you.
The Iris apartment comes supplied with sheets and towels for each guest, including a bathroom rug and a supply of kitchen towels. The fresh supply of towels, sheets and our cleaning service provided, is all inclusive in the cost.
POSITION: In a pleasant, few minutes walk, you will begin to see a number of delicious local restaurants, pizzerias, café’s and of course the beautiful beach of Marina di Ragusa. We recommend (Baja) a bar where you can have a tasteful snack on the seafront, or maybe rent a sunbed and beach umbrella for the day! In front of the Iris Residence, a sweet play-park offers games for children, sports equipment and a small play area for your four-legged friends! Making this spot perfect for families with young children.
